In a geopolitical environment marked by uncertainty and growing tensions, the Republic of Moldova faces a wide range of hybrid threats, the effects of which include the undermining of the country’s economic, social, and political stability. These hybrid actions reflect a coherent strategy to expand the Russian Federation’s influence in the region, aiming to consolidate ideological control, destabilize democratic institutions, and reduce Chisinau’s ability to act independently both domestically and internationally.
